2. Oleskan campuran itu ke gigi Anda dan biarkan selama lima menit.
3. Gosok gigi Anda dengan sedikit pasta gigi (non-fluor, tentu saja) dan berkumur.

Untuk mendapatkan manfaat yang lebih optimal seperti dikutip natural-holistic-health.com, sebaiknya buah Stawberry yang telah dipotong, dicuci dan dikeringkan, bisa untuk disimpan pada suhu 41 derajat F atau 5 derajat C.

Setelah 6 hari kandungan vitamin C dalam buah strawberry hilang sebesar 5%. Untuk kandungan antioksidannya selama 9 hari pada suhu 5 derajat C tidak akan berkurang secara signifikan.

Jadi, jika ingin mendapatkan tubuh yang sehat dan indah serta gigi yang putih secara alami, tidak ada salahnya mencoba mengkonsumsi buah yang sering dilambangkan cinta ini.

Bisnis Oriflame

Oriflame,, siapa coba yang gak tau bisnis ini??

Kalo yang baca ini pasti berpikir aku ini orang oriflame yaa. Aku bukan bagian dari bisnis ini guys, tapi aku tidak menyangkal kalo bisnis ini kereenn dan membuat aku sangat tertarik. Banyak anak-anak muda yang sudah bergabung dan mempunyai penghasilan berjuta-juta disini. Lalu kenapa sampai saat ini aku belum juga ikut bergabung? Pasti itu pertanyaan yang ada di benak kalian yaa.

Banyak temen-temen dan lingkngan sekitarku yang sudah sukses disini. Seneng liatnya, seneng baca dan denger cerita-ceerita mereka. Sebenernya aku pengen banget segera gabung, aku liat disini di bisnis ini bisa dapet pengalaman, teman-teman baru, dan lain sebagainya. Bukan hanya mencari uang semata walaupun emang itu dasar kita untuk ikutan bisnis ini. Banyak teman-teman yang ngajak ikut gabung. Bukan karena aku gak percaya dengan oriflame, tapi aku gak percaya pada diriku sendiri kalo bisa komit disana untuk sekarang ini. Tau kenapa? karena aku sedang sibuk kuliah dan menyusun tugas akhir. Kalo ada yang bilang, "yaaa banyak kok yang pada ikut bisnis ini dan senasib dengan kamu, masih kuliah, banyak tugas, dan nyusun skripsi tapi mereka bisa", ya aku akui mereka yang bisa seperti itu hebat bangeett. Tapi aku berbeda dengan mereka, aku orangnya riweuh dan perfeksionis. Pengen banget ikut gabung dari sekarang, tapiii.. hehe kebanyakan tapinya yaa? itu tandanya aku belum siap. Hihiii

Nanti kalo ada promo lagi, insya Allah akuuu ikutt gabung dehh yaa.. Semangat berbisnis!! :)

8th Semester

Hiiiyyaaa, minggu ini adalah minggu pertama kuliah di semester 8.. Semester terakhirku, amiiin ya Allah.. Di semester ini aku ngambil 14 sks termasuk skripsi dengan bobot 4 sks.. Kebayangkan gimana luangnya waktu kuliah di semester 8, hiiii.. Tapi tetep aja semester ini yang membuat hampir semua mahasiswa sibuk, sibuk skripsi. Kegiatan kuliahku, satu hari CUMA kuliah satu mata kuliah. -____-" huaaaaaa, senin dari pk 08.00-10.00, selasa dari pk17.00-selesai, rabu dari jam 13.00-14.40, nah kamis agak lumayan nih dari pk 08.00-15.00,, buat males aja yaa, pengen rasanya berhenti nge-kos alias bolak balik rumah-kampus-rumah..

Selain kegiatan kuliah, aku juga aktif ngajar privat. Sekarang lagi pegang anak SD kelas 5, lucuu anaknya tapi maless nyuuaaa -__- kadang2 bikin esmosi jiwa, kl udah begitu aku cubit aja pipinya yang embem.hahha,,

Yaahh pokoknya semester ini harus semangaaatttt. Semangaatt till the end!!

Holiday Nightmare

One month has passed an odd semester vacation. What can I do?  

Every holiday I always have nightmares. It's hard to ignored. Because of the holidays, I do not have a job that requires a lot of calories. Eating, sleeping, internet, watching, very boring but things like this that I want when busy with college affairs. Yep, on Monday tomorrow I already have to run the college routine. I definitely miss this routine even make my weight go up a few pounds!

Last January, I and my family (without raras) went to Taman Safari Indonesia. It is impossible for our family to walk without a complete family. But this time we really go there, because this is event from father office so that we get the subsidy, haha.
I am very happy, because for the second time I go back there. Seventeen years ago I first get there, well in fact I had forgotten those days. And now for the second time I'll never forget the wonderful memories in Taman Safari Indonesia. Therefore, I will tell you briefly my experience while there.

At 6 we went to the location. Only one and a half hours we arrived. wow! fast! But we arrived too early, the gates have not opened. haha. better come faster than jammed the streets. :]
not me if it did not take pictures before entering, haha. From the front it was awful atmosphere. Cold because it was near the peak. Not long after the gates have opened, we enter and remain in the bus. Oh yes, at the Safari Park we saw the animals directly as in their habitat, so they were released in the wild. So we are the visitors stay on the bus. Along the way we will see the beauty of nature with the animals from within and outside Indonesia. Although I've grown up, but this is a fun tour for me. :]
